Beginning Tai Chi & Qigong

This on-going class is for beginning students of all ages.  Students will learn and refine the relaxing movements of the Yang-style Tai Chi short form, Qigong and Standing Meditation to develop internal energy for health and vitality.  $120 for 10 week session.  Drop-in class is $15.  A new 10-week session begins Sunday, May 5.

 

Intermediate Tai Chi & Qigong

Mon: 6:30-7:30pm

This on-going class will focus on learning Tai Chi fan, Push Hands, the 2-person form and refining the Yang Style Tai Chi short form, qigong and Standing Meditation to develop internal energy for health and vitality.   $120 for 10 week session.  Drop-in class is $15.  A new 10-week session begins Monday, April 29.
